ABL Longevity Memberships are for people who want to age better, not just live longer. You begin with a Foundational or Optimization baseline assessment, then enter a system of ongoing biomarker tracking, protocol refinement, nutrition coaching, and evidence-based measurement.
Chronological age is your calendar age. Biological age estimates how your body appears to be aging based on biological signals. ABL uses TruAge epigenetic clock testing as one piece of a larger evaluation that also includes labs, blood pressure, fitness, body composition, symptoms, medical history, and patient goals.
Epigenetic aging refers to DNA methylation patterns associated with aging biology and pace of aging. These patterns may be influenced by lifestyle, sleep, metabolic health, inflammation, stress, and other factors. ABL interprets epigenetic aging results carefully and does not treat a single number as a diagnosis or guarantee.
The ABL Longevity Score synthesizes clinically relevant categories such as cardiovascular risk, lipids including ApoB and Lp(a), insulin resistance, inflammation, vitamin and hormone markers, body composition, blood pressure, VO2 Max and fitness, sleep risk, cognitive and gut questionnaires, genetics, and adherence. The purpose is prioritization: what should improve first, how it will be tracked, and when it should be retested.
Eric Guy leads ABL Wellness Clinic’s physician-guided longevity care. He is board certified in Internal Medicine with 20+ years of experience and is also board certified in Obesity Medicine and Procedural Medicine.
ABL Wellness Clinic is located at 500 E Palm Valley Blvd, Round Rock, Texas. Hours are by appointment. You can also follow the clinic on Instagram at @abl_longevity.
The Foundational Longevity Assessment is $2,995 and includes physician consultation, body composition analysis with InBody 570, VO2 Max with CardioCoach, Resting Metabolic Rate, EKG, TruAge epigenetic clock testing, CircleDNA, WatchPAT home sleep study, blood pressure analysis, advanced labs, CAC, grip strength, Omega-3 Index, MoCA Cognitive Screening, an ABL Longevity Score, and 3 months free Silver membership.
The brochure highlights 10 precision imaging and biomarker add-on tests. These may include cardiovascular, metabolic, sleep, body composition, fitness, and specialty biomarker options selected by physician review, goals, and safety considerations.
Yes. Memberships are month-to-month. You can cancel or restart with 10-day notice, pause 1-3 months, and return in the same tier within 12 months without re-evaluation. There are no re-enrollment fees.
TruAge provides repeatable epigenetic clock and biological aging information that can be tracked over time. CircleDNA identifies inherited risk, pharmacogenomics, ApoE4-related risk, cancer risk markers, exercise traits, and caffeine response. TruAge can change; CircleDNA is generally static.
Options include starting with the $2,995 Foundational Assessment, using selected add-on tests only when clinically useful, asking about financing when available, or choosing Silver Membership at $299/month for ongoing support. Memberships are for active optimization; annual visits are for maintenance.
Some are add-ons or tier-dependent. Obesity management, Bio-Identical Hormone Management, Peptide Management, Extended Fasting Protocol, Female Wellness, and Male Wellness have separate details and pricing. Gold includes extended fasting protocol when appropriate, subject to medical appropriateness.
The website CTA invites patients to request a free 15-minute consultation so the clinic can help determine whether the Foundational Assessment, add-on testing, or a membership tier is the best starting point. Final scheduling details should be confirmed by ABL Wellness Clinic.
